Orders placed before 12pm (PST) Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day. If for some reason there is a delay you will be contacted by customer service.
All products are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Two-Day Air from our Oregon warehouse. We currently ship to all 50 states, but ground service is not available for orders going to Alaska or Hawaii. We also cannot ship to PO Boxes or internationally at this time. Ground shipping normally takes 5-10 business days from the time the order is processed. Orders are processed on a daily basis. If you wish to have something shipped to a region or address that we currently do not support, please call us toll-free at 888.333.8876.
Actual shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and location. A national estimate of the shipping cost is provided for you as you place items in the shopping cart. Your shipping cost includes all handling fees. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If your order weighs more than 150 lbs. shipping costs will not be automatically calculated. A representative from customer service will contact you to discuss shipping options for large orders. |
